Your CV, or identifying details are not sent out to clients without your permission, for each and every job you decide to go for.  We don't believe in blanket "send to anyone that you feel fits" permission statements - these are damaging to your brand and not at all confidential!

We will also be honest with you; if your skills and experience are not an immediate fit with our current client needs and you are an experienced Recruitment Consultant we will work hard to find a suitable role for you. Your contact with us is treated in the strictest confidence.

Interviews and Offers
Once interviews are arranged we manage the interview process with you - from feedback through to offer stage, providing advice and guidance along the way. We will provide interview preparation help, and give you interview feedback as soon as possible after your meeting. We will pass on to you all offers from clients, and we can also provide resignation advice. We then keep in touch with you for some months after placement to ensure that you are happy and successful in your new role.
