This is a billing manager opportunity for you!
Great opportunity for an experienced recruitment consultant to take over an established desk in the Education sector and provide assistant management support to the Branch Manager and team.   Excellent management training provided to develop you into a Branch Manager.

The Role: 
Assistant Manager Recruitment - Bristol
You will run your own desk, and provide second in charge help to the manager when necessary.
You will take over a small team when ready, and put your management training into practice.
Full recruitment cycle, recruiting professional education staff and teachers into schools within the local area.
First class customer service is as important as sales and business development. 


You: 
Assistant Manager Recruitment - Bristol
Recent and successful experience within Education recruitment; Primary, Secondary or SEN, or
Recent and successful experience as a Recruitment Consultant from other high volume temps recruitment sectors; social care, commercial, construction, etc. Call us to discuss your experience. 
Some management experience would be ideal, either senior recruitment consultant level, or managing consultant level.
The ability to work under pressure in a targeted environment combined with a tenacious and positive outlook.
A genuine interest in education and knowledge of current trends and developments within the education sector.
Education recruitment has early starts (730am), and often late finishes.  This is balanced out by reduced working hours in the school holidays.  It’s an ideal role if you are a morning person who likes to get things done!
One day per week working from home.
