The company and role: Social Work Recruitment Consultant – London WC2
This is a specialist professional recruitment space.
They work in close partnership with Local Authorities and Care providers to source the best Qualified Social Work staff.
You will work with a Director who has specialised in Social Work and Social Care recruitment for around 20 years.
You will manage a pool of clients, ensuring that they have access to the best Temporary and Interim staff. These staff will all be qualified Social Workers.
This is a candidate short market, so there is great emphasis on candidate management, registration and care.
The industry is driven by Managed Service Providers and PSLs, and the company is prominent on all of these Supplier Lists.
Who are you: Social Work Recruitment Consultant – London WC2
You will be a committed Recruiter, currently working and billing in the industry.
Call us to discuss your experience, but Recruiters from Temp-driven industries have found they have many transferable skills – eg Education or Healthcare recruitment.
You will be able to work at fast pace, and understand the importance of candidate management in a skills short market.
