Basic salary TO £35K + commission, benefits
Salary banding is doe and sector experience and can be more depending on this experience

Education recruitment is a rewarding sector, perfect if you want to become a trusted recruitment partner to your clients.   (It’s also renowned for having THE best holiday allowances alongside reduced working hours over the school holidays with no reduction in salary – but shhhh, don’t tell everyone!)

It’s a fast paced and ever-changing day during term time, with early starts and some late finishes across the week, and a full territory-based recruitment role; sales, business development, candidate interviews and placement, client visits.  

Your hard work is rewarded well in commission (probably £10k min on top), a dynamic team environment, career progression, (and those holidays!)  

This is more than just a Recruitment “numbers” role; you will see the benefits of your hard work every week when you visit schools and see your teachers in action.  


For this client, I’m looking for someone who has the drive and tenacity to start a new area, in primary or secondary Birmingham schools.  Birmingham is one of the largest spending authorities in terms of teacher supply, so there are no shortages of customers for you, the desks have around 20 days out now.   Ideally you will be experienced in high volume temps recruitment and not afraid of the phone.

Left field: transferable skills from territory-based sales jobs can fit well in this type of recruitment, so applications from other territory-based salespeople could be considered too (estate agency, education sales etc), salary doe.
