Education recruitment is a rewarding sector, perfect if you want to become a trusted recruitment partner to your clients.   (It’s also renowned for having THE best holiday allowances alongside reduced working hours over the school holidays with no reduction in salary – but shhhh, don’t tell everyone!)

It’s a fast paced and ever-changing day during term time, with early starts and some late finishes across the week, and a full territory-based recruitment role; sales, business development, candidate interviews and placement, client visits.  Your hard work is rewarded well in commission (probably £10k on top, uncapped), a dynamic team environment, career progression, (and those holidays!)  This is more than just a Recruitment “numbers” role; you will see the benefits of your hard work every week when you visit schools and see your teachers in action.  

For this client, I’m looking for someone who has the drive and tenacity to start a new area, in Secondary across the Sheffield area.  You will build on the work already started by a brilliant team, and work with a manager who is the go to specialist in the area.  Give me a call and I can tell you more around expectations of desk growth and how to achieve this.

Left field: transferable skills from territory-based sales jobs can fit well in this type of recruitment, so applications from other territory-based salespeople could be considered too (estate agency, education sales etc), salary doe.
