Looking to add recruitment consultants to develop a primary, secondary and SEN desks across the Manchester area.


The Role
You will be recruiting professional education staff and teachers into Nursery, Primary, Secondary and SEN schools across the Manchester area.
The role is to develop a network of schools and teachers/school support staff and build a temps desk to realistic and achievable targets.
You will also place teachers and school support staff into permanent and long term vacancies.
You will be involved in the full recruitment cycle;  visiting schools, interviewing teachers, placing the right teacher into the right school to ensure continuity of education for children. 
You will sell the services and benefits of our client via the telephone and face to face visits with decision makers in schools.
This is a very rewarding sector of recruitment to work in.  Your actions have an immediate impact on the education of children, and as such, trust and relationship building with client schools is an integral part of this role.  
You have the best of both worlds in education recruitment:  a fast paced temps business to grow alongside a permanent recruitment business which allows true consultative service and sales to client schools and teachers.
First class customer service is as important as sales and business development.


You: 
Recruitment Consultants, Education Sector – Manchester M1
Recent and successful experience within Education recruitment; Primary, Secondary or SEN.
Able to run your own desk successfully without micromanagement.
A driving licence is essential for this role.
