Job Title: Recruitment Consultant
Purpose of the Role: Your role exists to support the talent acquisition strategy of clients, attracting candidates to job roles with client companies, delivering a quality experience and generating revenue in line with agreed targets.
• Understand and meeting agreed KPIs
• Seek and providing feedback in a professional manner at all times to candidates and clients
Client:
• Generate fees in line with agreed targets
• Build awareness of the business in the marketplace through digital communications using appropriate social media
• Build a personal brand and reputation with clients
• Become an expert in the chosen sector
• Developing a pipeline of potential clients who could become clients of the business and create opportunities to do business
• New business development - turn prospects into clients
• Negotiating contracts and appropriate commercial terms
• Managing or making arrangements for the advertisement of vacancies
• Manage and deliver excellent experiences for our clients
• Build relationships with clients which influence their loyalty towards us
• Developing long term relationships and partnerships with clients by building an understanding of their structure, culture, hiring needs and preferences
Candidate:
• Build awareness of the business in the marketplace through digital communications and digital marketing
• Build a personal brand and reputation with candidates
• Develop and own a process which generates a sufficient pool of candidates to place
• Headhunting potential candidates
• Interviewing and assessing prospective applicants and matching them with client vacancies
• Developing a consistently excellent candidate experience
• Screening candidates and drawing up shortlists of candidates for clients to interview
• Organising interviews and/or selection events
• Helping applicants to prepare for interviews
• Maintaining the candidate database and promoting jobs to new and existing candidates
