Basic £25-35K+, commission + bens
Salary banding is doe and sector experience and can be more depending on this experience

Location:  Lancaster - free parking
Salary: to £35K depending on sector experience
Hours: 8-5 can flex
Work location:  Hybrid
Team: a small but well-established team in Accountancy and Finance across Lancashire
Commission: scale to 30%  
Training: On the job with the manager
Reason for vacancy:  Expansion in business
Progression: Clear progression path with salary increases, remit to open new offices across the region

Recruitment Consultant - Accountancy and Finance, Lancaster area
If you a process driven recruitment consultant, you will fit in here; you are probably organised and commercially aware too.  You will be an experienced Accountancy and Finance perms recruitment consultant, or you could be experienced in another perms professional services sector (HR, Legal, Technology, Sales/Procurement) and want to try the booming Accountancy and Finance niche.  (If temps is more your thing, please also contact me)
