As you know the education recruitment sector is booming. We have lots of options available for experienced recruitment consultants already working in the education recruitment sector, or for experienced recruitment consultants from a temporaries (temps) recruitment background.
Our clients in the education recruitment sector are looking for special individuals who enjoy recruitment and want to move into a very rewarding recruitment sector that is focused on providing a continuity of top quality educators to children in our schools. This is more than just a Recruitment “numbers” role; you will see the benefits of your hard work every week when you visit school and see your teachers and pupils in action.

Currently work in busy, dynamic temps recruitment sectors
Like talking to people!
Like asking questions and solving problems
Want to become a trusted recruitment partner to their clients
Want to specialise in a professional recruitment sector: primary educators, secondary subject specialists, SEND specialists or education support staff
Have the drive and desire to be their clients FIRST choice of temporary and permanent education staff
Our clients can offer hot desks (properly hot), or cold desks if you love business development and want to build something of your own
We can also offer steps into management roles for senior recruitment consultants ready to step up their career

You will already be able to:
Build solid relationships with your temps
Handle a full territory based recruitment role; sales, business development, candidate interviews and placement, client visits.
You may also have the drive and expertise to open new branches
You do need to have a solid career history in agency recruitment for these roles. Ideally education, but high volume temps recruitment is good too (salary doe for non education experience, probably to £35K)
