The role: Senior Finance Recruitment Consultant – Sheffield
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
The role is to focus on Permanent and Temporary recruitment within Senior Finance.
They already have people working at this end of the market, but they need to bring in talented Recruiters to ensure they are filling as many of the roles as possible. These are busy markets, and you will have roles to work on immediately. You will network with, and search for candidates, ensuring you have access to the top talent in the area.
WHAT TYPE OF PERSON ARE YOU?
Ideally, your Recruitment experience will be within a Professional or Commercial sector – ideally finance, or maybe Sales, Customer Service, Legal, Marketing, Administration. Other recruitment experience may also be valid – why not call us to check?
You’ll need to have a good way with candidates – these are skills short markets, so forming strong relationships with relevant candidates is crucial.
