This is a fantastic chance to shape a new service offering for a well-regarded education recruitment brand. The brand embodies quality education recruitment, has low staff turnover, and a collaborative and flexible culture.
You will be an experienced manager in the Senior Leadership space within education recruitment, well versed in recruiting at a senior level (e.g. Head Teacher, CFO, COO level), both perm and interim. You are embedded in school leadership recruitment niche and are searching for a role with full autonomy to implement the ideas you know will work!
This will be a career defining move for you - to spearhead and extend this brands school senior leadership recruitment services. This will be a long-term build project and as Associate Director you will have full scope of the plan and the further hiring trigger points.
This is an exciting opportunity to build a high-level senior education leadership function from the ground up. You can leverage off existing brands and the key accounts team, but you will have your own contacts to develop as well.
