Recruitment Consultant, Engineering and Manufacturing Contracts, Worcester WR1
Basic salary to £25k (more for exceptional experience) plus excellent commission

Client:
This company provides recruitment solutions to clients in the automotive, aerospace, defence manufacturing, and general engineering sectors.
They are well-established and respected in their field.
They are extremely busy at the moment, and are looking to add to their team of experienced Recruitment Consultants.
Role:
Recruitment Consultant, Engineering and Manufacturing Contracts, Worcester WR1
This is a role based in the Contracts and Interim team, providing temporary labour solutions.
The team is very successful, so any new hire will come in to a mix of current business and clients that need further development.
The role will involve winning business and sourcing candidates in blue and white-collar engineering, skilled and semi-skilled roles.
It is a full 360 role, where you will need to be able to develop great working relationships with both candidates and clients.
Person:
Recruitment Consultant, Engineering and Manufacturing Contracts, Worcester WR1
Ideally you will have experience of recruiting into a Technical sector, preferably with contract recruitment.
Alternatively, you may be successful in another professional sector of recruitment. The important thing is that you can demonstrate aptitude at the basic skills of recruitment - selling, persuading, relationship forming, negotiation.
