Established Education Recruitment Consultancy requires experienced Teacher Recruitment Consultant
Basic salary negotiable for experience up to £35K + generous OTE to £70K+, and regular increases in basic salary

You will be working alongside an established team of hard working Recruitment Consultants who enjoy their roles and have established a vibrant fun atmosphere to work in. Role
Recruitment Consultants Education Sector - Central London West End W1
As well as the interviewing and placement of teaching staff, as a Recruitment Consultant you will be required to sell the services and benefits of our client, via telephone and face to face visits with decision makers in schools. You will be involved in the full recruitment cycle from a cold start, recruiting teachers into Nursery, Primary, Secondary and SEN schools. The focus of your desk will initially be business development. You will be building your desk with a focus on long-term placements. The commission scheme is generous, and weighted to reflect high payouts for medium to large desks. Your candidates come from national advertising, and via their overseas offices. In addition to placing teaching staff into London schools, you will have the opportunity to place teachers nationally.

To be considered suitable for an interview for this Recruitment Consultant role, you must have recent and successful experience as a Recruitment Consultant within Education recruitment, either Primary, Secondary or SEN. Ideal personal attributes for success in this role are motivation, entrepreneurial, driven self-starter, great sense of humour, sound relationship building skills, excellent time management, a thorough knowledge of the London Education recruitment marketplace.
