Perms
Basic to £45K with OTE to £85K
Commission to 40% with bonus, profit share, and equity
This is a new start for my client - they are looking for tenacious and ambitious leaders within Construction, IT and Retail recruitment. There is a clear path to Directorship here, with plans to expand with you at the helm. This is an autonomous role, working directly with the Partners and Owners who would consider you part of the Senior Management Team from day one.
This company is financially backed by a stable investment group with an enviable history of new start-ups in recruitment. All the tools to work effectively are provided, along with the management expertise and experience to drive this business forward.
You will be involved in all aspects of this new start business. You should have experience directing business strategy, direction and growth as your input will be highly valued. There is a full business plan in place with projected turnover and growth milestones, along with plans to hire and expand within 2years.
You:
Senior Recruitment Consultant, Director Designate - IT, London Hillingdon UB11
Experienced recruiter within IT, any perms market vertical
Your billings need to be in the region of £180K pa over a consistent period of time
Good experience of combining these billings levels with team management
