Basic salary to £22K + very good OTE opportunities, target based.
Please note the starting date for this vacancy is 2009. Interviews will therefore be held late 2008, early 2009.
Join one of the UK's leading Public Sector recruitment companies operating from a national branch network. This business unit generally has very low staff turnover so this is a rare chance to join a real market leader as they expand an already very successful team. They have a large share of the market, and are highly regarded by clients and candidates. Our client has been involved in the Public Sector staffing sector for nearly 20 years.
In order to continue to provide the service to clients and candidates expected of a blue chip market leader, our client will be interested in applications from:
*Experienced recruitment consultants, ideally with a Social Care or Social Housing background, or
*Any recruitment sector that deals with high volume temps (e.g) catering, domiciliary care, healthcare, hospitality, commercial, industrial, rail etc
*It would be helpful if you held a full driving licence
As an experienced Recruitment Consultant, ideally you will have a successful and demonstrable track record in Social Housing and/or Social Care recruitment, and an in-depth knowledge of your local market. You will have a settled work history that shows your ability to attract and retain clients and candidates
It's especially important you are hungry for success and keen to work in a busy sales focussed environment. You also need to have a great phone manner, and enjoy being a proactive business developer.

Package:
Basic Salary: Basic salary to £22K, uncapped OTE
