Basic salary negotiable for experience up to £25K + OTE
You will join a small team of hard working Recruitment Consultants who have established a vibrant atmosphere to work in.

The Role
Recruitment Consultants Education Sector - West Sussex RH16
Interviewing and placement of teaching staff.
Full recruitment cycle, recruiting teachers into Nursery, Primary, Secondary and SEN schools.
You will be responsible for a mix of user and non-user schools in a defined geographical area.
Selling the services and benefits of our client via the telephone and face to face visits with decision makers in schools.
First class customer service is as important as sales and business development.
Essential Experience
Recruitment Consultants Education Sector - West Sussex RH16
Recent and successful experience within Education recruitment; Primary, Secondary or SEN, or
Recent and successful experience as a Recruitment Consultant from other high volume temps recruitment sectors; social care, commercial, construction, engineering.
