Recruitment Consultant required for established Education Recruitment Consultancy
Basic salary negotiable for experience from £18-25K + OTE
The Client:
Our client is a well established leader within the Education Recruitment sector, operating from an established national branch network. They are looking to build further on their recent success by adding an additional Recruitment Consultant to their London office. You will also be supported by a team of colleagues with excellent local knowledge within a lively, hard working environment. First class customer service is as important as sales and business development. Training is offered regularly and career development taken seriously by this established consultancy.
The Role:
Education Recruitment is often described as one of the most rewarding sectors of recruitment to work in. You are responsible for providing children with top quality teaching staff often at short notice. You will have lots of contact with schools in this role, by telephone and by face to face visits. You will be helping schools ensure they comply with the legal requirements of supply cover in schools by interviewing and placing teachers, education professionals and support staff into Nursery, Primary, Secondary and SEN schools.
As well as the interviewing and placement of teaching staff, you will be required to sell the services and benefits of our client to schools, via telephone and face to face visits with decision makers in schools. You will work to targets, ensuring that your business is growing week by week. Full training will be provided - you will succeed in this role if you have a natural aptitude for sales and a desire to work in a sales focussed environment.
Essential Experience:
To be considered suitable for an initial telephone interview for this role, you will have recent and successful experience as a Recruitment Consultant within any sector of Recruitment. Package:
Basic Salary: Basic salary negotiable £18K to £25K
OTE: monthly commission
