The Role
Senior Education Recruitment Consultant/Branch Manager, Oxfordshire/Bedfordshire
Full recruitment cycle, recruiting professional education staff and teachers into schools within the local area.
You will be responsible for developing relationships with schools in the Oxfordshire area.
Selling the services and benefits of our client via the telephone and face to face visits with decision makers in schools.
First class customer service is as important as sales and business development.
Interviewing and placement of teaching staff.
You
Recent and successful experience within Education recruitment; Primary, Secondary or SEN.
The ambition to run your own branch and manage a team.
The ability to work under pressure in a targeted environment combined with a tenacious and positive outlook.
A genuine interest in education and knowledge of current trends and developments within the education sector.
Package
Senior Recruitment Consultant/Branch Manager, Education, Oxfordshire/Bedfordshire
Basic Salary negotiable depending on experience, great benefits including up to 30 days holiday, excellent commission scheme, reduced hours in school holidays, regular early finishes, social events, other competitions and a fry-up breakfast once a week!
