The Role
Recruitment Consultant, HR, Nottingham NG1
Recruiting temporary, interim and permanent staff to work in HR roles within SME's and FTSE 100 companies within the East Midlands region.
Developing business with existing clients, and strengthening these existing relationships.
Targeting new clients, meeting them and winning their business.
Interviewing and gaining "buy-in" from suitable candidates.
You
Recruitment Consultant, HR, Nottingham NG1
Successful experience of placing candidates of differing levels into HR roles, either temporary or permanent, or
Successful recruitment experience in a similar, professional field, eg Law, Finance, engineering.
The desire to be rewarded both financially and professionally by working for an organisation that treats its consultants as partners in its business.
Enthusiasm and hunger to develop a professional career in recruitment.
