Basic salary range between £20-28K + excellent, achievable OTE

The Role:
Recruitment Consultant Education Sector - Newcastle NE1
Full recruitment cycle, recruiting professional education staff and teachers into Nursery, Primary, Secondary and SEN schools within Leicester.
You will be responsible for a mix of user and non-user schools in a defined geographical area of the North East.
Selling the services and benefits of our client via the telephone and face to face visits with decision makers in schools.
First class customer service is as important as sales and business development.
Your Essential Skills and Experience:
Recent and successful experience within Education recruitment; Primary, Secondary or SEN, or
Recent and successful experience as a Recruitment Consultant from other high volume temps recruitment sectors; social care, commercial, construction, engineering. If you are coming from another sector you would need to demonstrate to my client that you can pick up the idiosyncrasies of Education recruitment very quickly.
The ability to work under pressure in a targeted environment combined with a tenacious and positive outlook.
A genuine interest in education and knowledge of current trends and developments within the education sector.
A full reasonably clean driving licence is essential due to the nature of client visits.
