The Client:
Operating from an established national branch network, this company is a major player in the Education Recruitment marketplace. They are searching for a Recruitment Branch Manager to lead and further develop a settled team that is achieving excellent targets. They now need to be motivated to continue the good work completed so far.
Role:
Education Recruitment Branch Manager - Newcastle NE1
You will have responsibility for all aspects of recruitment branch management: appraisals, running team meetings, attending regional meetings, running a large budget, setting of annual business plan, budgets and targets. This branch reports to an experienced Regional Manager who runs an effective and successful region. The recruitment branch manager will be responsible for budget delivery and driving recruitment sales within the team.
My client is looking for a hands-on manager who enjoys leading by example; the successful applicant will run their own small recruitment territory whilst leading and motivating the Recruitment Consultants and administrator. This is a great opportunity for experienced recruitment branch managers, or senior Recruitment Consultants with an eye on career progression as my client promotes from within wherever possible. To be considered for this role you must have:
*Recent and successful recruitment experience at branch manager level within Education recruitment or a related sector such as business support or commercial recruitment
*A clear commitment to the Recruitment industry, as evidenced by your career history
*A full UK driving licence
