Niche Public Sector Recruitment Consultancy looks to add to its markets due to continued success.
This is a true start up opportunity - you will begin a new Social Care, Social Work division for this niche agency. It is imperative that the successful candidate is an excellent new business developer, combined with the ability to generate candidates, deal with compliance and service all business wins. This will be a hard role, but is the chance for someone experienced to step out of a rigid KPI driven structure and develop something truly their own.
You:
An experienced Social Care recruitment professional, probably at Team Leader or Manager level.
Able to join this Public Sector Recruitment company to start a Social Care division for them.
You will concentrate on higher margin qualified Social Care/Social Worker vacancies
You need to be able to expert at all requirements of a start-up division: compliance, candidate generation, new business development, tender application and wins, getting hours on the board quickly, growing and managing a small team
Your CV should reflect a very settled work history that reflects your expertise in this sector
