THE ROLE:
This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Recruitment Consultants looking for a move from a high street environment to a more consultative organisation. You will join an existing team within an established Blue Chip leader, developing the brand and building the business across the Home Counties. This is an opportunity to take advantage of excellent training and really develop your professional recruitment and consulting skills with a market leader.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE:
Ideally you will have IT recruitment experience, although recent and successful experience from any recruitment sector will also be considered favourably. Experience with the full cycle of recruitment is essential, as is experience of higher level recruitment and consulting skills. (e.g) face to face interviewing of candidates; pipeline building; advice and guidance to clients; PSL negotiations; retained assignment negotiation. You will also need the ability to work successfully within a professional targeted environment.
PACKAGE AVAILABLE:
Basic Salary: negotiable for experience from £20-40K, + OTE, benefits
OTE: uncapped to a % of total billings + further financial rewards for exceptional performance
