Experienced Recruitment Consultant required for established Education Recruitment Consultancy
Basic salary negotiable for experience from £23K + OTE/bonus/commission/benefits
The Client:
Our client is a well established leader within the Education Recruitment sector, operating from an established national branch network.
The Role:
This role as Principal Consultant is essentially a support to, and training for, the Branch Mangers role.
You will run your own desk, and mentor and guide the Recruitment Consultants to achieve target and business plan.
You will be an exemplary recruiter, with excellent telephone sales skills, client facing sales skills and adhere to best practice at all times.

Essential Experience:
To be considered suitable for an initial telephone interview for this role, you must have recent and successful experience within:
*Education recruitment, or
*Any recruitment sector that deals with high volume temps (e.g) catering, social care, domiciliary care, healthcare, hospitality, commercial, industrial, rail etc
You will also need a full driving licence and vehicle.
Package:
Basic Salary: Basic salary negotiable from £23K
OTE: uncapped monthly commission AND quarterly bonus
