The Role
Recruitment Consultant, Legal, East Midlands LE1
Establishing the company as a consultancy of choice for Legal recruitment within the East Midlands.
Recruiting temporary, interim and permanent staff to work in Legal roles throughout the East Midlands region.
Developing business with existing clients, and strengthening these existing relationships.
Targeting new clients, meeting them and winning their business.
Interviewing and gaining "buy-in" from suitable candidates.
You
Recruitment Consultant, Legal, East Midlands LE1
Successful experience of placing candidates of differing levels into Legal roles, ideally within the East Midlands region.
The desire to be rewarded both financially and professionally by working for an organisation that treats its consultants as partners in its business.
Enthusiasm and hunger to develop a professional career in recruitment.
