Experienced Recruitment Consultants required for established Education Recruitment Consultancy in Maidstone.
Basic salary negotiable for experience from £18 - 25K + OTE/bonus/commission/benefits
The Client:
Our client is a well established leader within the Education Recruitment sector, operating from an established national branch network. First class customer service is as important as sales and business development. Training is offered regularly and career development taken seriously by this established consultancy.
The Role:
As well as the interviewing and placement of teaching staff, you will be required to sell the services and benefits of our client to schools, via telephone and face to face visits with decision makers in schools. You will work to targets, ensuring that your business is growing week by week.
Essential Experience:
To be considered suitable for an initial telephone interview for this role, you must have recent and successful experience within:
*Education recruitment, or
*Any recruitment sector that deals with high volume temps (e.g) catering, social care, domiciliary care, healthcare, hospitality, commercial, industrial, rail etc
You will also need a full driving licence and vehicle.
Package:
Basic Salary: Basic salary negotiable £18K to £25K
OTE: uncapped monthly commission AND quarterly bonus
