This is a great opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Branch Manager or Senior Consultant looking to move into a management role.
Our client is a major player in the Education Recruitment marketplace; they need a Recruitment Branch Manager to lead and develop a settled team in the Hull area.
Operating from an established national branch network, this well known Education Recruitment company have been working with schools and teachers to provide quality staffing for a number of years. They have a loyal client and candidate base and are well regarded, plus they hold all the necessary industry regulatory awards.
THE ROLE:
You will have responsibility for all aspects of branch management: appraisals, running team meetings, attending regional meetings, running a large budget, setting of annual business plan, budgets and targets. This branch reports to an experienced Regional Manager who runs an effective and successful region. My client is looking for a hands-on manager who enjoys leading by example; the successful applicant will run their own small territory whilst leading and motivating the consultants and administrator.
YOU:
To be considered for this role you must have:
*Recent and successful recruitment experience (senior consultant or branch manager level) within any recruitment sector, preferably Education recruitment.
*A full UK driving licence is also essential.
THE PACKAGE: Basic salary negotiable for experience to c£30K + excellent and achievable OTE and excellent benefits.
