Basic salary to £25K
No threshold
Commission from Day 1
OTE to c£80K

Ideally an experienced contracts Recruitment Consultant from the IT sector, capable of building a team around you.

Directors and owners of this company are themselves experienced recruiters.
This is not a KPI driven culture.
Member of the REC.
The Role
IT Recruitment Consultant, Contracts - Hertfordshire HP3
Full recruitment role from new business through to delivery, working primarily in the IT Software and Web Development marketplace.
Cross sell contracts to current permanent clients.
Fast paced working environment in a highly competitive sector.
Build a candidate pool of contractors.
Team environment.
Team commission.
