Basic salary negotiable to c£32K + OTE/bonus/benefits/car or car allowance
The Role:
You will have responsibility for all aspects of branch management: appraisals, running team meetings, attending regional meetings, running a large budget, setting of annual business plan, budgets and targets. This branch reports to an experienced Regional Manager who runs an effective and successful region.
My client is looking for a hands-on manager who enjoys leading by example; the successful applicant will run their own small territory whilst leading and motivating the consultants and administrator. This is a great opportunity for those with an eye on career progression as my client promotes from within wherever possible. Essential Experience:
To be considered for this role you must have:
*Recent and successful recruitment branch management experience within any recruitment sector, preferably Education recruitment.
*A full UK driving licence

Basic Salary: Basic salary negotiable to c£32K
