Established Education Recruitment Consultancy requires an experienced Education Recruitment Consultant
Basic salary negotiable for experience from £20 - 24K + OTE/benefits
The Client
Our client is a well respected provider of Supply Teachers and Support Staff, and has excellent relationships with local schools. First class customer service is as important as sales and business development, as they have made their reputation by providing a quality, professional service.
The Role
As well as the interviewing and placement of teaching staff, as an Education Recruitment Consultant you will be required to sell the services and benefits of our client, via telephone and face to face visits with decision makers in schools. You need to be able to increase business while maintaining excellent relationships with existing clients. You will be involved in the full recruitment cycle, recruiting teachers and support staff into Nursery, Primary, Secondary and SEN schools.
Essential Experience
To be considered suitable for an initial telephone interview for this Recruitment Consultant role, you must have recent and successful experience within Education recruitment in the North West region. Our consultant, Graham Leatham, was a hiring manager in Education Recruitment for many years, so call him for a confidential discussion of your experience.
You will also need a full driving licence.
Package
Basic Salary: Basic salary negotiable £20K to £24K + OTE
