The Client:
A major player in the Education Recruitment marketplace operating from an established national branch network. The Education division is part of a larger group that provides recruitment solutions to public sector clients in Social Care and Education.
The Role:
Recruitment Team Leader, Education Recruitment, London EC3
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Team Leader or Senior Consultant looking to move into a management role in the London area. This branch reports to a successful Regional Manager who runs an effective and thriving region. The team consists of a mix of experienced recruitment consultants and trainee recruitment consultants, and does involve a small element of remote management of other team members. My client is looking for a hands-on manager who enjoys leading by example; the successful applicant will run their own desk whilst leading and motivating the consultants and administrator.
Essential Experience:
Recruitment Team Leader, Education Recruitment, London EC3
To be considered for this role you must have:
Recent and successful recruitment experience (senior consultant or team leader level) within ANY recruitment sector, preferably Education recruitment
Ideally your experience will be within high volume temps recruitment
You must be sales focussed, with evidence of good personal billings
If you are a Senior Consultant you must provide evidence of mentoring or responsibility in your current role, and be prepared to speak in detail about how you would make the transition from consultant to team leader
A full UK driving licence is useful for this role
Package:
Basic salary negotiable to c£35K + OTE, benefits, Flexible working hours during the school holidays; Pension; Healthcare
