Talent Attraction Recruitment Consultant, London City EC2
Suitable for recent graduates or corporate sales/telesales professionals
Basic Salary £18-22k plus commission and benefits
OTE to £30K year one
You are:
A recent graduate with a 1st class or 2:1 degree from a top University as well as a high achiever, as evidenced by your academic track record and extra-curricular interests. Or,
A sales/telesales professional from a business or corporate sales environment.
In either case, you should be:
Able to demonstrate excellent communication skills and an ability to converse with Senior level individuals
Looking to develop a lucrative career in the Recruitment and Executive Search industry
Persuasive, confident and able to influence other people
Determined, driven and competitive

An opportunity to train as a Researcher/Consultant within a Business Risk and Resilience Recruitment company
Your main duties will be researching current talent
Talent mapping and maintaining new and active candidates
Headhunting
Managing social media channels
You will be supported by an exceptional external training program, alongside an internal on the job training program.
