We screen candidates thoroughly during interview; concentrating on work history, achievements, market sector knowledge and interpersonal skills. Dates of employment and reference checks are undertaken where appropriate, and we offer further pre-employment checks if needed.
Of course, all candidate details sent through to you will be with permission of the candidate and closely matched to your requirements.
The interview process is then managed with you - from feedback through to offer stage. Once the offer stage is underway we guide the successful candidate through their resignation and ensure they are fully committed to you before the start date. We then keep in touch with you both for some months after placement to ensure that appointment is progressing as expected.

When you contact us with a new vacancy you can expect us to spend time taking a full vacancy brief that initially encompasses a description of your company, culture, role and role specifics.
We can often tell you immediately if we have suitable candidates registered - if not, we will take further details to ensure we are representing your brand correctly and targeting our searches and advertising appropriately. We then keep in touch with you as regularly as you require, to report on progress.
We use a mix of referrals, search, and direct or client paid advertising to source candidates for your vacancies.
Targeted Search and Headhunting
We also offer a targeted Search service. Clients often contact us with named individuals they wish to target, knowing that we will be discreet in our approach.
We can offer a Retained Search service, whereby we will utilise Search and Selection methologies to source the talent you need. Due to our tactful and confidential approach during searches, we are able to represent many top candidates exclusively. As our Search and Selection service is retained, you need not be bothered sifting through unsuitable CV's from other agencies.
