Welcome to our Summer 2008 Newsletter. Over the past few months we have had requests from clients for advice and help on a variety of topics. We would like to share these with you, so this seasons newsletter includes articles about:

We are also conducting a Salary and Skills Survey, more details below. We are sending out a similar survey to our candidates. We hope to be able to present results in August that will include: information about job seeking behaviour, benefits that attract candidates, and reasons for leaving jobs.

Salary and Skills Survey 2008
We have been contacting clients over the past few weeks advising that our Recruitment Salary and Skills Survey Questionnaire will be out soon.

This is the first of a regular survey of our clients and candidates. We are hoping to gain a picture of recruitment salaries and benefits across the country, from Trainee to Director level, within different recruitment sectors. We are also interested in gaining an understanding of the skills and aptitudes necessary to succeed in recruitment. Over time, we hope that the results will provide some interesting and ultimately useful information for you.

The survey is anonymous , and should take around 12 minutes to complete. We plan to have the results out to all respondents during the month of August - and of course if you choose to respond we will enter you into a prize draw to win a nice bottle of bubbly to say thanks for your time.
