'I dealt with Frankland Associates Recruitment & Search throughout February /March 2007. Elizabeth put me forward for an excellent recruitment role within a very established organisation. The job details Elizabeth provided for me were accurate and sounded very good, she also explained any down sides to the role. The time between discussing the role with Elizabeth over the phone and going along for my 1st interview with the company was only about a weeks wait. During that week Elizabeth kept in constant contact with myself to see if I had any questions for her and if I was prepared for my interview. After my 1st interview Elizabeth gained feedback for me straight away and by the end of that day she had secured a time and date for my 2nd interview with the regional manager (again this was arranged for a couple of days after my 1st interview, so a very quick turn-around yet again).

After that meeting I came away with a job offer, I was ecstatic. Elizabeth was by far the best consultant / agency I personally have ever dealt with. I felt very prepared for each interview.
