The Client:
Our client is a market leader within Education recruitment operating from an established national branch network. They have a reputation for providing staff with genuine structured career progression.
The Role:
You will be involved in the full recruitment cycle, recruiting teachers, education professionals and support staff into Nursery, Primary, Secondary and SEN schools. Telephone sales and face to face client visits are encouraged. You are backed by a major name, and all relevant legislation and awards are complied with. Teachers are checked and vetted by a dedicated admin team so you can get on with the job of selling our clients benefits to your customer base.
Essential Experience:
To be considered suitable for an initial telephone interview for this role, you must be a recent graduate seeking a graduate level salary and role.
You will also have done your homework on recruitment; you know the hours are long, the work is hard. Recruitment is a sales role, therefore you should be able to demonstrate the drive, attitude and aptitude necessary to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
You will also need a full driving licence.
