We are representing a leading search and selection consultancy that works on retained assignments with clients in the Energy, Industry, Transportation, Infrastructure, Environment and Power sectors. This company are now looking to add a Delivery Consultant to their expert team in Worcestershire.
You:
Delivery Consultant, Executive Search - Worcestershire B61
You will have a strong recruitment background as a Researcher or Resourcer in Technical recruitment sector.
Alternatively, you may work as a Recruitment Consultant in a Technical sector, but feel as though your strengths lie on the candidate side rather than with Business Development.
A background in Executive recruitment and search would be advantageous, but not essential.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively at the highest level.
The Role:
Delivery Consultant, Executive Search - Worcestershire B61
Work closely with the Account Director to identify leadership talent.
Form strong relationships with external parties - candidates and clients.
Join a high achieving team of Search and Selection Consultants to continue to develop the brand name of this reputable recruitment company from their office in Worcestershire.
