Negotiable package for the right person; basic c. £70-90k plus bonus and benefits

An independent Recruitment and Resource business with a network of UK and National offices
Provide contract, temporary and permanent recruitment solutions to clients in the technical, engineering and industrial sectors.
Offer contingent and retained recruitment solutions as well as RPO and Vendor Neutral Services.
Looking to appoint key sales people to drive the next stage of organic growth.
The Role
The Sales Director will drive forward the Vendor Neutral side of this successful Recruitment business.
Building on existing sales and pipeline business, you will develop new business to achieve budgetary aims.
Organising sales strategy to develop new business.
Ensure a high quality in standards, service and transparency to clients.
Contribute to the strategic development of the company.
The role has flexibility in location across the Midlands, North West, Wales or South West.

You
This is a key role within the company, and in addition to highly polished selling, influencing, management and communication skills you will need to demonstrate:
A track record in winning and delivering RPO solutions.
A specific understanding of the Vendor Neutral model.
An ability to manage teams across multi-site locations.
A settled career history in Recruitment and Resourcing.
Package
Package totally negotiable dependent on skills and experience, but will include:
Basic salary c. £70-90k
